This Privacy Policy explains, clearly and objectively, how personal data may be collected through this site, for which purposes it is used, under which circumstances it may be shared, and which rights you may exercise, especially under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais - LGPD).

Who is the data controller

• data you provide when contacting us through channels linked to the site, such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram or other available commercial channels;
• the details you enter in the implementation queue form: name, e-mail, WhatsApp, company, CNPJ, segment, tax regime, revenue range and the system you use today, plus the consent record (date, time and IP address).

How the data is collected

Personal data and logs related to the use of this site may be collected in the following ways:

• automatically, through technical logs necessary for the operation, security and stability of the site;
• when you fill in and submit the implementation queue form;
• when you contact the company through commercial or institutional channels linked to this landing page;

About the implementation queue

The implementation queue form exists for a stated purpose: to contact you when an implementation slot opens and to send you content about the Brazilian tax reform. The legal basis is your consent, recorded with date, time, IP address and the exact text you accepted.

Your details are never sold or shared for advertising. They stay with :empresa and are used by the sales and implementation team.

We do not use these details for automated decision making and do not transfer them to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Purposes of processing

Personal data and operational logs may be used to:

• contact you when an implementation slot opens and move your request forward;
• prevent fraud, improper scraping, automated abuse, spam, exploitation attempts and other security incidents;

Retention period

Personal data and operational logs are stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain service continuity, safeguard the application's security, meet legal or regulatory requirements and protect the company's rights in administrative, judicial or contractual proceedings.

For the implementation queue the rule is explicit: the details of anyone who did not become a customer are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. You can also leave at any time, through the unsubscribe link in any message we send. The record is deleted and we keep only a code derived from your e-mail, not the e-mail itself, so that you are not added back to the queue by mistake.

Protection of sensitive data and minors

This site is not intended for the intentional collection of sensitive personal data or data of minors. If such information is voluntarily submitted through contact channels, it may be processed strictly to the extent necessary for support, security or compliance with a legal obligation, with restricted access.

Information security

The company adopts technical and administrative measures compatible with the nature of this site and the service provided to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss of personal data.

Although no digital environment is completely free of risk, we continuously seek to maintain reasonable protection, monitoring and security-improvement controls.
